Did you know...
...that the Multiple Intelligences Theory by Howard Gardner was one of the first to challenge the traditional view of intelligence?
In 1983, Howard Gardner, an influential developmental psychologist, introduced his theory that intelligence is not just a single, general trait, but consists of different, independent abilities. According to Gardner, there are at least eight different intelligences: linguistic, logical-mathematical, spatial, musical, kinesthetic, intrapersonal, interpersonal and naturalistic. Each of these intelligences represents different ways of understanding the world and solving problems. Our poster shows these diverse intelligences and invites you to discover and celebrate your own unique combination.
